Carpet is a mod that allows to take full control over your vanilla game.
Carpet is a fabric mod.
Details of the mod:
Does it work client-side only?
In reply to GrayDisk:
No, this is mostly server-side. Only like 2-3 features are ready for client-side only.
is there a way where you can make a forge version of this mod please?
How to let players use some commands without op status?(Ver1.4.20) Such as /player and /track commands.
To change carpet.conf files？But I don't know how to write.I only know use locked commands.
In reply to archmagetony:
This is a feature that has been available in Carpet since the beginning, and you don't need to change the config files. Carpet commands are like any other Carpet rule, but they just come enabled by default, and since long time ago you can set custom permissions to them. In order to do so, just run the typical /carpet command and change the value for the command rules (those start with 'command' and are followed by the name of the command, like 'commandPlayer', 'commandTrack', etc). For the commands to be available to everyone, set their defaults to 'true', or 'false' to completely disable them, even for ops. If you want more granular control over who can use them, you can also set them to an "op level" (0-4), a feature in minecraft that decides which commands can an operator run (including none, but this is a bit more complicated and requires editing the ops file).
Thank you very much for your reply.
Only fitting to add a way to modify redstone components to remove or add delay, exten or shorten redstone outputs or extend observe detection range
Please make this a forge mod
In reply to hurt03:
Please make this a fabric user
In reply to xicad:
I second this, fabric is way better in recent versions of Minecraft!
Setting the rule onePlayerSleeping to false doesn't work, even if changing permamently
Please consider making this a Forge mod!
In reply to HDinis09:
that would be too much effort and work, fabric is actually quite good
In reply to spaceagle17:
Can you get fabric and forge working together?
Sadly not, I have used forge before, but some months ago I changed to fabric and I don't regret it. All the mods I used on forge exist on fabric as well (mods like tweakeroo and minihud).
I see, can you get Fabric + Optifine + Minimap + This mod?
I'm on 1.16
i have seen a few forge mods working on fabric so the mod might work
Yes! You can use Fabric with this mod and the mods in the list below:
I have a short question, does the viewDistance command change the render distance? I play on a server which is limited to a render distance of 7. Is it possible with this command to increase the render distace? Does the new render distance work exactly the same as vanilla?
When 1.16.4 Carpet Because I NEED IT FOR MY SURVIVAL
Wait a Minute...
