Overview:
Arcane Engineering is a crossover mod for Thaumcraft and Immersive Engineering which aims to add useful and non-OP features to the game.
Features:
- Thaumium Drill Head
- Void Drill Head
- Upgradeable Treated Wood Wands
- Wand Upgrades
- Steel and Electrum Wand Caps, which proide a unique bonus to treated wood wands
- Impulse Boots (consume biodiesel to propel the player upward, like a jetpack)
- Node Destabilizer (consumes RF to make nodes hungry)

Planned Features:
- Balancing stuffs
- Power generation
- Automatons, maybe?

Mainly wanted to change the size of the drill heads along with the durability. :/
well the voidmetal drill head never takes damage, so durability is irrelevant

Will this be getting a 1.8.9 update? Or will you wait till both IE and TC are firmly established in 1.9?
still not entirely sure. I haven't actually even played 1.8.9, so I'm no even sure which features I'd want to add
Can someone please message me with what to scan or research to unlock the Crystalline Charger wand upgrade? I am completely stumped. I have unlocked all of the research including everything in the Eldrich tab in vanilla Thaumcraft and still it says I am missing research, this is starting to get really frustrating! Please help!

I'm having an issue with the impulse boots on a multiplayer server, I think the fall damage is calculated according to how high I flew, and no matter how softly I land, if I flew above a certain height before landing, I die. This makes them very impractical to use, as the death height is reached very quickly on most flights.

, but i am unsure about the ability to make hungry nodes in all honesty... it seems like a horrible idea to me due to the fact that after you make the node unstable everything should go downhill soon afterwardsWelp, this is a good hungry node, the node destabilizer doesn't get destroyed~ just don't get too close to it and have no blocks under your feet... or you shall feel utter shame, and the need to die...

For whatever reason, it doesn't exist on the curse launcher.
It was never there to begin with, but I can't for the life of me figure out why.
Hmmm strange. I guess I'll just stay tuned here then for updates. I maintain Tlove's "For the Love of Adventure" modpack and am friends with Blusunrize. We've been wanting to test out your mod in our pack to see how it plays with Immersive Integration alongside it. Am excited to see this mod progress. Keep up the good work!
I think it is because the only available version is an alpha build.
That would actually make perfect sense. Mangoose do you think the current build you have is good enough to make a "release" version of it? I think what Selim said is correct and that a "release" build would get put up on the launcher. Not sure if you're ready to release like that but if you are I think that would get the mod into peoples hand's. Keep it up!
Hi we are having a problem with your Impulse Boots on smp running survival stories 3 they work fine in a Sp world but as soon as you put them on in a smp world you get dissconnected and can't log back in the player data needs to be edited.
