When downloading, please make sure to go to the Files tab, and download the version for your modloader. The files have "fabric" or "forge" in their name. Curseforge doesn't always show the correct versions on the main page.

Looking for weekly versions?
Publishing a mod to CurseForge does, unfortunately, involve a lot of manual work. For this reason, starting with 21w03a, I'll only publish weekly versions on Modrinth, where publishing a version is just one button click for me. You can find weekly versions for all my mods on https://modrinth.com/mods?q=Giselbaer&s=downloads. Versions for official MC versions will still be published here.
Mod description
Ghost blocks are blocks that seem to be air to the client, but are solid to the server. They occur when the server and client are out of sync; in many cases, this happens when a haste effect wears off and there's some network latency between both. The server tells the client the haste effect is gone, but the client doesn't know about this yet and sends block break events to the server at full speed. The server thinks the client is cheating so it doesn't break the blocks; the client doesn't know that so it thinks the blocks are air now. When the player tries moving into those blocks, the server kicks him back.
I've seen this most often on servers that have MCMMO enabled, when super breaker runs out, but it happens when beacon effects are ending as well.
Generally, the only way to fix this is relogging, or porting away and back, to unload and re-load the chunks. This mod asks the server to resend all blocks around the player when you type /ghost, within a 4 block radius cube, thus making relogging unneccesary. Or, just press the G key.
The effect, and the mod in action, can be seen on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mHhuU9j4ORo
Does this mod need to run on the server? Or only on the client?

1.12/1.12.1 update?
There is a 1.12 version in "Other downloads", it works with 1.12.1 as well. The 1.10.2 and 1.11.2 versions are backports that I made later for people who requested them; unfortunately, they show up first in the list and are what you get when you just press the download button.
Couldn't this be done automagically every x seconds?

Thank you for tour time ^^
Are the effects of this mod different to the reloading of chunks that you can do via the F3+A command which reloads chunks around you ?
