1.8.0 beta snapshot 1:

- Fixed weather temperature issues (partially).

- Fixed crafting recipes.

- Added "velocity mode" to radar, and gave it more functionality.

- Added 2 foods: halkarl and farikal.

- It now snows only when below 32 degrees and added snow-fog.

- Fully implemented "cloudAmount" command, to regulate particle lag.

- Flying blocks now damage player.

- Reduced lag from flying blocks in hurricanes.

- Widened radius from player in which blocks are affected by wind.

- Time now starts at a random day from 1 to 128 for more random weather.

- Altered sandstorm effects.

- Altered and added some particles.

- Fixed some problems with the spellbooks.
