Made it so that the Twilight Forest can't be possessed or mind controlled. 

Added EP to all Twilight Forest entities.

Added skills to Twilight Forest entities.

Added the Twilight Forest bosses to drop a High Quality Magic Crystal when killed.

Added double the output when refining the following with Great Sage:

  • Fiery Ingots;
  • Ironwood Ingots;
  • Knightmetal Ingots.

Added a loot table for the Deer to drop Monster Leather D (more entities coming in future updates)
