fixed phage's "sting" effect so it doesn't spam you if you get hurt by multiple sources each check

fixed a bug that involved removing the netherite and diamond blocks if you used the exact right number of blocks to close a portal

balance issues

I moved resistance down to 0 from 3 on ... at 3 barely anything hurts you. you cant even drown! (i may or may not fix change this in pocket world... there it is much less a big deal... as there you are a god)

fixed the lich helm's effect to stop giving messages for falling blocks. Also halved the regeneration power it takes twice as many creatures for each level of regeneration

ghasts now can show up above foxes, wolves, rabbits,cod,salmon,puffer fish and chickens previously it was just chickens but areas many areas would often see no ghast.

lghtning now strikes 6 blocks above the portal when a portal is closed. its not just a thunder boom and a flash... should be far enough above to give a nice effect and probably not kill the player... probably :)
