Corrected the S+ tier bonus to give a reward upon completion.

Fixed the god items to work in the nether and the end.

change the god buffs to be 15 seconds instead of 3 to get rid of the flashing

added a slow cycle refresh for most god item effects since they now last longer...

Nerfed the absorption shield by moving it to the slow refresh cycle... the absorption effect was buffed from its 2 heart to 4 now as well to compensate.

 a few items stayed on the old refresh cycle of .25 seconds as they need to run that often to work. (Earthcrafter boots, cave shaper helm etc... stuff that needs to work as fast as you move around)

increased the difficulty of the S and S+ challenge to bring them inline with the tier of difficulty  (they now use obsidian instead of iron bars and the spawners are faster)
