Warns - Easy player warning plugin.

So, basic commands like.

• /warn <player> <reason> - Which allow's you to warn a player.
• /warns <player> - Which allow you to see a players warnings.

Also has permission support:

warns.warn - /warn

warns.warns /warns

Or they both default to OP.

Please leave the config file alone right now, saving it for later use.
