FIXED: MANY bugs!

FIXED: Not being removed from the games if you left for more than 1 min.

ADDED: Multi-World support(you will have to set all your spawns again)

ADDED: Configurable starting message(you will need to regenerate your config.

ADDED: beta feature... Killed players displayed at night

ADDED: HungerArena.Join perm to /ha join

ADDED: Disabled PvP before /ha start has been run!

CHANGED: The countdown is now displayed on /ha start

Hopefully everything is good... However.. It has removed a little automation as /ha ready really doesn't have a purpose with this as it doesn't start the game anymore, just warps players(I am constantly working on automation)
