• Added Anti Chat Spam.
• This works for CB 1.1-R6 and CB-1.2-R0.1

There could be times where the plugin may not help you in a spam attack.

There is a bug where if the player is automatically kicked in the autokick list, the message will say "<playername> has left the game". I am working hard to figure out how to handle this.
