-tweaked which bugmen spawns where

-tweaked spawntimer and despawn timer depending on how close to bugman and if interacting with bugman.

Ignoring Bugman (Not interacting with him) will make him despawn after 40minutes. 

Going out of bounds of a radius of 200 blocks with tick down a despawn timer of 30minutes.
