Description
This is a simple mod that just changes the cooldown / charge time for casting magic to zero.
This should work the same as the debug option or the cheat engine option, though the method is very different.
*8/12/24 Optional File Added - This adds a version of the mod to also include Royal Arm HP Drain Removal as the mods would individually conflict.
