Tribute and Element Transfer (Crossplay)

Fixed crafting issue with all 99 mod items, brought to my attention with Tek Rifle not recognizing element, realized it walked that change back from previous versions. It has been addressed and should work as long as this mod remains above any stacking mod in the load order :)
