Scorched Earth Reborn: Additions

-stegotetra saddle now can be crafted in inventory and requires silica pearls again
-sand wyverns have been moved to this mod (f you had the sand wyvern in the wyvern tweaks mod you can convert them to these)
-fixed scorched sarco saddle not being craftable
