Scorched Earth Reborn: Additions

-removed scorched carbo from rivers on other maps to prevent overspawning
-added stegotetra to valguero
-fixed normal megatheriums not getting replaced by scorched megatheriums on scorched earth
-fixed scorched megatherium not called scorched megatherium
-fixed the mod preventing wyverns from spawning on maps
