Fixed Shockwire's collision hitbox to be hopefully more accurate and correct with its new size.
Band-aid fix for swapping:
you can always swap now, even with a passive attachment or no second attachment. But this means your current active attachment will be disabled until swapped again. ITS ANNOYING BUT I CAN'T FIX IT THE OTHER WAY! GAHH
