V1.12: A bugfix, AI tweaking, slight balancing patch.

Enforcer, Defense Unit, and Attack Drone now properly keeps stats on server restart, cryopodding, other stat modifying things.

Defense Unit AI no longer locks up and freezes when attacked from behind, still jank, but it works.

Mine Launcher changed to scale with melee of the user, a lot less base damage, and now spawns higher up to prevent LOS issues(hopefully.)

Unfortunately, I have sad news though. The Enforcers people have will be completely wiped as I had to reset their blueprint and filepath. The other two creatures should be unaffected hopefully.

Next update will bring some new content!
