Insane Species Variants

Added the Tek Variant creatures:

Giganotosaurus
Mosasaurus
Parasaur
Quetzalcoatlus
Raptor
Rex
Stegosaurus
Triceratops

I had to update their resources they drop as the don't exist yet in the game and to prevent future crashes. Tek dinos now drop Metal Ingot instead of Scrap Metal and Element Dust.
Tek dinos don't spawn as commonly as the others with only a 5% spawn rate. Exactly the same as ASE.
