CHANGELOG - 2/19/25 - Cerberus Additions

-Removed sound FX from Reusable Gas Mask and Scuba Tank.

-Removed post-process effect from Reusable Gas Mask (no green overlay on your screen. Swamp cave damage mitigation still not working. Will have fixed soon!)

-Added Reusable Scuba Goggles, Scuba Pants, and Scuba Flippers.

    -Reusable Goggles have no post-process effect (no darkened edges of your vision when equipped)

    -Reusable Flippers do not reduce movement speed on land.

-Reworked Reusable Torch to use Anglergel as the light source instead of fire (Still a WIP)

-Allowed Reusable Torch to be used underwater.

-Fixed Reusable Torch not equipping to belt. (Note: Belt-equipped torch is still using the standard flame emitter. This will replaced with Anglergel at a later time.)

-Fixed an issue where the Reusable Bola would sometimes not throw again until re-equipped.

-Added Engram entries for all reusable items. Admins can adjust the crafting cost for balance as they see fit.

-Added Sanguine Curse sniper rifle for in-game testing. Weapon will be expanded upon with different item traits tailored specifically for the gun's gameplay. In the current state it inflicts a Bleed debuff on the target hit, and an AoE bleed effect around it without any traits. AoE has a radius of 10 foundations, will probably reduce in the next update targeting the gun.

-Added Quantum Knight armor set for in-game testing. This armor will be expanded upon with different buffs and a set bonus. Based on Flak armor, so all the same values and potential stat rolls as Flak for now.
