827 - Auto-Create Milestones from Tags

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

My take on milestones is that they are actually versions. There are 2 flavors, Planned, and actual. When you tag a project you create an actual milestone. When people report issues, having them enter which version of the addon they are using is almost always a requirement. If they have a list of versions to choose from, this process would be streamlined.

To further elaborate:

Defects have a "version number" which they were found in.

Enhancements have a "milestone" or "target version" they are planned for.

Alternatively these could be 2 different fields. The overall goal: I'd really like to make it mandatory that bug reports include the version of the addon they have installed.
