736 - Upload not syndicating.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Files uploaded to ChatStamper project have no syndicated after more than 24 hours.
2. http://war.curseforge.com/projects/chatstamper/
3. File is Normal version. I removed previous version to see if it would "bump" it, but no luck.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Syndication of file.

At what time and date (year, month, day) did you get this bug? (Include your timezone)
