674 - Security Token Error or Missing (with Fix)
Steps:
1. From www.curseforge.com select Forums
2. Type any text in the site search (orange bar) and select Go
3. Note white page stating token error
Bug:
This should perform a site search, not fail a forum search.
Details:
When performing the search from the orange bar (site search) it searches via /search.php rather than www.curseforge.com/search.php and this causes issues as the forums located at forums.curseforge.com have their own search method located at forums.curseforge.com/search.php

Fix:
Changing the the menu bar to use the fully qualified path to the search.php (www.curseforge.com/search.php) rather than relative path /search.php will prevent it from colliding with the forum search.php

As to the bug itself: the original complaint was dealing with the forum search function (and the "fix" is exclusively dealing with search). The error I'm seeing is when trying to "mark all messages as read", which is apparently triggered in vBulletin 3.8.5. The official fix is here:

I haven't been able to find a user-side workaround yet.

Farmbuyer Sat, 28 May 2011 21:51:13Ackis, you closed that report as a duplicate, but there's no indication of which ticket it's supposed to be a duplicate *of*.
In any case, the bug still persists (unrelated to searching). Trying to do anything on the user CP at forums.wowace.com gives the same error, but no workaround available.

Additionally, the name of this issue could be more specific: it is primarily about the forum search functionality, whereas security token errors currently exist in other parts of the forums as well (which is how I happened upon this particular issue).
