671 - Project image titles break acronym capitalization (wowace)

-- What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Put an acronym (for example, "UI") in an image's title.
2. View the page created for the image on wowace.com.
3. The title will change the acronym to "title case"; in the case of "UI", it will read "Ui".

-- What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect that the acronym is displayed as I typed it into the text field. Instead, its correct capitalization is destroyed. As acronyms are properly displayed everywhere but the title on the "view image" page on wowace.com, I assume it's unintended.
