What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I know I use to be able to edit the project descriptions, but now I can't find the option. I don't know if it was taken offline for an overhaul or what, but I'd like to update the descriptions on my projects.
At what time and date (year, month, day) did you get this bug? (Include your timezone)
Well, it's currently 5:57 AM (CDT) on Sept. 11th, 2008. I am experiencing this issue at this time.
