589 - Drop Down Menus Being Covered By Other Components

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the drop down menus on almost any page.  (Especially the Profile Actions or Project Actions menus.)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should normally see the menu.  It should even force itself to the top if something is in the way of it.  Currently, almost anything will cover up the drop down menus.  The My Projects pane covers the Profile Actions drop down menu, and the Introducing Email Subscriptions item covers the Project Actions drop down menu.

At what time and date (year, month, day) did you get this bug? (Include your timezone)
Well, it is 5:49 AM (CDT) on Sept. 11th, 2008 and I am currently having this issue, but this has been an issue since I first started using CurseForge.

Please provide any additional information below.
