528 - jabber support

Several Ideas regarding Jabber :)

1. Subscriptions:

2. bot functionality
a jabber bot could do the same that the irc bot could do :)

3. jabber server
curseforge could have it's own jabber server with addresses like

available software:
jabber python library for sending messages / bot:
jabber server:

Hopefully if Jabber support is implemented we can use existing jabber accounts instead of being forced to use [email protected] to login for notices. There's a JEP # for it, I just can't think of it at the moment.
