528 - jabber support

Several Ideas regarding Jabber :)

1. Subscriptions:
Instead of only email also allow notifications send over jabber. You don't want to keep those notifications so an instant message would be sufficient.

2. bot functionality
a jabber bot could do the same that the irc bot could do :)

3. jabber server
curseforge could have it's own jabber server with addresses like dafire@curseforge.com

available software:
jabber python library for sending messages / bot: http://xmpppy.sourceforge.net/
jabber server: http://www.igniterealtime.org/projects/openfire/index.jsp

Hopefully if Jabber support is implemented we can use existing jabber accounts instead of being forced to use tiker@curseforge.com to login for notices. There's a JEP # for it, I just can't think of it at the moment.

    Donations are always welcomed!
