501 - Better "What's Next Content" after creating a new project

After creating a new project, you should take the user to a "What's next" page that tells them all the things they might want to do once their project is up.

- Set up repos auth
- Add other developers
- Checking out and checking in for the first time
- Signing up for alterts

Etc.
