478 - Add more integrated 'edit' links
''What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?''
As it stands, every action regarding a project has to be done through a single menu at the top of the page. It would be highly preferably to have relevant edit/upload links visible for project leaders/authors in the various sections of the project views, to save having to scroll back up to the top of the page and then find the correct menu option each time.
''Please provide any additional information below.''
For instance, when viewing the main project page in English, there should be an "edit this description" link of some sort that takes you directly to editing the English description, without intermediate pages. The file list should have a second button (like the "see more files" button) visible to project members for "upload file", ditto for images - possibly a "manage files[/images]" button in each relevant section as well.

Phanx Thu, 18 Sep 2008 23:36:29This would make CurseForge immensely more usable. Having to click through multiple page loads to accomplish even the most basic of tasks related to managing my addon has made CurseForge extremely unappealing to me. :(

Karnifex Sun, 14 Sep 2008 15:52:23The fact that I had to go to the knowledge base to figure out how to edit my project description is a good indication there's a usability issue here.
I'd go so far as to say all the "section appropriate" actions should probably be inline. Like the "Vote on Ticket" on this page, for example, since it also took me 30 seconds to find since I was looking all around the Comments box trying to figure out how to vote.
