440 - Make plaintext emails prettier
With subscriptions set to plain text, the emails turn out quite ugly. I pasted a copy of one below. Several things could be improved:
- Do not encode the Git log excerpt with entities. (This is arguably a bug.)
- Do not use _underlines_ that _excessively_ every _other word_.
- Remove extraneous [] that follows a [link][]. (I do like the way links are put at the end!)

Kaelten Tue, 05 Aug 2008 16:16:35Ok, I've made it replace ][] with ] for plain text output. fixing the _bob_ is a bit harder as its part of the markup that the rendered one uses.
not sure what to say about the git thing.
