380 - All Projects that were supposedly updated on 7/3/08 are not listed in files avail for download

When I try to download the latest version of a project and that project says it was last updated on 7/3/08, that update is not listed as an available file download - the list of files available for download appear to be from the update prior to 7/3/08, whatever that date may be.
