352 - There should be links to subscription management from user profile

If a user clicks "My Profile" the drop-down menus there should provide a way for them to get to and manage their subscriptions.  This is an intuitive place for it to be, and it's not there, only via individual, specific projects.  If I wanted to, say, change the notification times for every project I'm subscribed to, it's currently tedious to go to every project and change it, rather than manage them all from one place.
