339 - Allow names (or at least slugs) to start with numbers - or at least change the help text

Currently, if you try to make a project starting with a number (or maybe it's the slug short-name that complains) CF won't let you, and tells you, not quite super-helpfully, "Use Only Valid Characters: -_a-z0-9"

Well, 7-assed Monkey and 7assmonk are valid, according to that.  What it doesn't tell you, that is relevant, is that it won't let you start with a numeral.

Why?

Either fix it so that it does allow this (so long as it's not JUST numbers), or change the help text to indicate this not actually listed requirement.

according to the text, just numbers would be allowed too, even projects named "----".

I guess it's more like the pattern

    [a-z]+[-_a-z0-9]*
