Allow us to define custom ticket templates per project basis.
The standard templates are fine (and the ability to edit them is great) however I would like to dwell into more fine-grained detail with some types of defects. For example, with Ackis Recipe List I'd like a "missing recipe" template, which asks for specific information only pertaining to missing recipes.
Expanding upon this, it'd be nice that specific templates are linked to specific components.
