324 - Mail notification options need to allow more fine-grained options

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

So, I'm currently subscribed to Ticket updates for CurseForge project.  Give me some more options on notification there.  I really don't particularly care if someone votes on a ticket.  If someone posts a new ticket, or if it changes status categories (open to fixed, for example), that I'd like to know.  Votes on it?  Let me turn that off!
