314 - Graphical milestone/roadmap display

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Basically, for a given milestone, it could show a progress bar depicting tickets completed / total tickets.

Please provide any additional information below.

My thought is that this would look quite similar to how polls are now.
