2358 - Reward Splits are corrupted when transferring Project

What steps will reproduce the problem? Please provide as much detail as possible.
1. Set up reward splits on a project.
2. Transfer ownership of the project (possibly only messes up when transferred to someone who has a stake in the points)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The former project owner will no longer receive points - the new project owner will get the old owner's share.

At what time and date (year, month, day) did you get this bug? (Include your timezone)
2010, June 24th at roughly 5pm EST is when I noticed.
