2181 - Inactive Project Email

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
The current email that is sent when a project is marked as inactive says 'If you have any questions or comments about this, feel free to create a report: http://wow.curseforge.com/addons/project_name/report/' which gives the impression that to change a project from inactive you need to create a report.
Instead, providing a link to the relevant knowledge base section - http://kb.curseforge.com/policy/abandoned-and-inactive-projects/ - would be more helpful. This would prevent people from creating unnecessary reports and point them in the right direction to correct it themselves.
