2167 - Hosted button ID not recognized

When Editing donation info, the value of Hosted Button ID field for "Donation Site: Paypal (Hosted button)" is not recognized. Error message "This is a required field."and field highlight seem to indicate that the supplied value is invalid. This error occurs with the alphanumeric button id supplied by paypal as of 24 Jan 2010.

Reproduce by

From the project page, click Project management
Click Edit donation info
Select Paypal (Hosted button) in the Donation site: drop down
Paste/type a valid, recent Paypal hosted_button_id into the provided text field
Click Update

I'm having the same issue, can't seem to attach a hosted button to my project.

A work around would be to use Pledgie, I recall having the same issue when this was implemented without any resolution.

I have the same issue. I have tried several variants to the ID such as putting "" on both sides of the ID, and nothing seems to work.
