1996 - RoM: add more languages to localization

RoM is beeing released in more and more countries. Please add more languages to the localization feature for RoM-Addons (like for WoW).

Currently I need Chinese and Japanese, but I already got requests and offers from Hungary and Korea. I have the feeling, there will be more in the future.
