1993 - client text does not show up

What steps will reproduce the problem? Please provide as much detail as possible.
1. I load the client
2. It shows text as little squares
3. That's it
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is text within the client. I just see squares instead of letters.
At what time and date (year, month, day) did you get this bug? (Include your timezone)
Today, November 19th, 2009.

Ackis Mon, 23 Nov 2009 14:59:40Please upgrade to v4 of the client and use the in-client reporting tool to report this bug. If you can't do that, submit the ticket on the clients project page with a screen shot.
