1824 - Changing ticket type during create-ticket should warn user

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
When a user changes a ticket's type using the create-ticket page, it would be helpful to warn that user that the existing contents of the Description field will be lost. This would give the user an opportunity to cancel before continuing and copy any relevant information out of the description.
