- I'm seeing someone vote down everyone else's tickets in a project, which should not be tolerated. However, there seems to be no mechanism to report people for anything other than comments. A report button either next to votes or on people's profile pages would help.
+ The "report abuse" button on the user profile page is in the lower-right corner of the page itself, which makes it extremely hard to find if you don't know it's there. It should perhaps be moved up to the same colored box area that the avatar is displayed in since there is tons of space there.

  omg that's a horrible place! It should be moved to the same colored area that the user's avatar appears in. There's plenty of space for it there.

  There's a report button on peoples profile pages (bottom right, it's a triangle, hard to see).
