1613 - Page ot found error on file upload
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try to upload a file
2. you get error page does not exist
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
File was meant to upload, it seems to half upload.
The project doesnt believe it has the file, but you cannot reupload as curse thinks its a repeat file.
At what time and date (year, month, day) did you get this bug? (Include your timezone)

If I try to upload it again: "This file has already been uploaded. Don't upload the same file more than once"
