1602 - Localization textbox empty although translation exists

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the page http://www.wowace.com/addons/raidbuffstatus/localization/deDE/?letter=o
2. Scroll down to the entry starting with "Only show when you and only you"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The textbox should be filled with the current deDE translation, but it is empty.

At what time and date (year, month, day) did you get this bug? (Include your timezone)

Firefox 3.5
Also tried a complete reload of the site.

    My guess is it's to do with the '

    But still a bug in the site not the translation itself.
