1568 - Addons not syndicating to curse DL pages or to curse client.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. check in code and tag
2. see packager package all four packages (nolib/lib untagged, nolib/lib tagged)
3. hours later no syndication of tagged release on curse download page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see released version on curse.
Does not show up.
