152 - Move comment to new ticket
Simple thought, allow project members to take a comment in a ticket and spawn a new ticket from it, deleting the original comment.

Tuhljin Thu, 26 Mar 2009 21:39:03Perhaps instead of outright deleting the comment, it could be replaced by a message indicating it has been moved to a ticket. The message should include a link to the ticket and should be in a format that cannot be duplicated by users making normal comments - simply italicize it, perhaps.
