152 - Move comment to new ticket

Simple thought, allow project members to take a comment in a ticket and spawn a new ticket from it, deleting the original comment.

    I just thought of another thing this would need to deal with:

    • In a lot of cases users will post all of there thoughts, bugs and ideas in one comment but that would need spliting up for the ticket.
      • Maybe this could be done with a kinda quote system so you could quote the user and therefore create several tickets from it quoting different parts of there comment.

    I agree with Tuhljin. If you delete the original comment the user wont' know what has happened and ether get upset or repost! ;-)

    Perhaps instead of outright deleting the comment, it could be replaced by a message indicating it has been moved to a ticket. The message should include a link to the ticket and should be in a format that cannot be duplicated by users making normal comments - simply italicize it, perhaps.
