1513 - Theme consistency

Unfortunately themes don't persist very well. More often than not 'Home' and 'Projects' pages, specifically (especially the Home page), revert to the default style, then randomly re-theme when revisited later. I don't know why, and I can't give a way to reproduce it, other than pick a theme that's a stark contrast to wowace's default, like kael's CF skin. then just click around for a while.

That, and the theme needs to be re-applied every visit / per site.

I clear my cookies when the browser closes.
