1501 - I need a better way to track ticket updates
I have all the options for tracking enabled for my mod page... but I still end up missing comment additions to my tickets.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I don't know that I actually want to get emails for every comment on a ticket... But it would be nice to have a web display for recently commented tickets so that when I get back to my desk I can see which tickets have been commented on without drilling down into them... Sometimes a state change is not warranted... such as a ticket author adding information to a previous comment I might have read.

Nelfish Tue, 25 Aug 2009 10:41:39Please add options for all users (not just project owners) to get email notifications when tickets change status or are commented on.
This is what Bugzilla does, and it's awesome!
Meanwhile, I found the work around is to view my profile and click the Tickets tab, which shows me which tickets have been updated recently.
