1397 - Duplicate ticket linkage

When you mark a ticket as a duplicate, it links back to the original ticket. There's nothing in the original ticket that links to the duplicate.

I see value in adding that in... sometimes duplicates provide a different insight on what's going on.

With the new system marking a ticket as duplicate does not provide a linkage at all one way or another.
