1385 - Choosing new ticket type erases entered text
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new ticket
2. Type a description
3. Choose a new type
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect not to have to retype everything in a ticket just because I choose a new ticket type.
